Barback

Our barback is a bartender's assistant. They are responsible for ensuring that the bar is stocked with all necessary supplies, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and napkins. They may also assist in cleaning the bar area and equipment, washing glasses, and restocking the bar as needed. In some establishments, they may also assist in serving customers.

PREP COOK

Part-Time

 Our prep cook is responsible for assisting in the preparation of dishes in the kitchen. They perform tasks such as chopping vegetables, peeling fruits, cutting meat, and boiling pasta. They also ensure that ingredients and supplies are stocked, and that the kitchen is clean and sanitary. They may also assist in plating dishes, especially salads, appetizers, and desserts.
